- Bonyeza has a free plan with 50 WhatsApp orders a month. Paid plans are Starter 25,000 TZS per month and Growth 45,000 TZS per month, with Business custom pricing — talk to us, paid with mobile money. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum commitment, paid monthly. Pay quarterly (Starter 60,000, Growth 108,000) or yearly (Starter 200,000, Growth 360,000) to save. There are no fees on WhatsApp ordering.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum commitment: months 1-3 are committed and paid monthly. After month 3, message us on WhatsApp to cancel anytime with no cancellation fee, and your storefront stays live until the end of your billing period. Quarterly and Annual are prepaid for the full term and non-refundable. Your data is preserved for 60 days. See the Terms page for the full cancellation and refunds policy.
