- How do table QR codes work for dine-in orders?
- Print one QR code per table (or share a single link on flyers and WhatsApp status). Diners scan, pick their table number, and order; the order arrives in your WhatsApp with the table attached so runners know where to go.
- Can I pause orders when the kitchen is overwhelmed?
- Yes. Pause the storefront and set a prep-time estimate from the admin dashboard; customers see the status before they order, so you are not promising ten-minute food during a rush.
- How do delivery zones and addresses work?
- Orders carry the customer's delivery address (and optional pin) straight into WhatsApp. Growth and Business plans can set flat-fee zones for your regular areas so riders and regulars know the charge up front.
- Do you take a cut of my restaurant's orders?
