- How do customers browse my stock?
- They open your link in any phone browser and see your catalog with photos and TZS prices, plus a search box. They pick items and send the order on WhatsApp. Nothing to download for them or for your staff.
- Some of my prices are negotiable. What happens then?
- Items without a price show an Enquire on WhatsApp button instead of Add to order, so customers start a conversation instead of hitting a dead end. You agree the price in the chat like you do today.
- How do pickup and delivery work?
- Orders carry the customer's name, phone, and delivery address with an optional pin straight into WhatsApp. Growth and Business plans can set flat-fee zones for your regular areas so riders and regulars know the charge up front.
- Do you take a cut of my shop's orders?
