1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Bonyeza, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you operate a business storefront through Bonyeza, you are responsible for the goods, services, pricing, and communications you offer to customers over WhatsApp.
2. Business responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to sell the products or services listed, that prices and availability are accurate, and that you comply with Tanzanian consumer-protection and tax law. Bonyeza facilitates messaging and ordering but is not a party to any transaction between you and your customers.
3. Customer communications
Orders placed through a storefront are sent as WhatsApp messages to the business number you provide. Bonyeza does not process payments and is not liable for fulfilment, delivery, or disputes arising from those conversations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Bonyeza for unlawful goods, spam, or misleading conduct. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
